Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to support corporate customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inbound/outbound call center and email support for corporate customers
- Document customer support needs and produce relevant reports and analytics
- Assist with training and development activities to respond to customer inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
- Four-year bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of related experience; Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred
- Familiarity with ABC products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of computers necessary for effective operation with company systems
