Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist I to support corporate customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound/outbound call center and email support for corporate customers
  • Document customer support needs and produce relevant reports and analytics
  • Assist with training and development activities to respond to customer inquiries and issues
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of related experience; Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) preferred
  • Familiarity with ABC products, services, and pharmaceutical distribution operations
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of computers necessary for effective operation with company systems
