Key Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of small and medium-sized business customer accounts through various contact methods to collect payments
• Negotiate sustainable payment plans with customers while achieving monthly recovery goals
• Document account statuses and next steps in Salesforce CRM

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional Customer Service/Sales/Collections experience
• Team player with initiative to suggest process improvements
• Competitive nature with the ability to maintain focus and work independently
• Ability to navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
