Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Specialist Manager, Audit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of Account Specialists, providing coaching and performance feedback
  • Oversee end-to-end renewal processes, ensuring timely execution of quotes, contracts, and forecasting
  • Drive incremental revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in account management, renewals, or commercial operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
  • Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ platforms)
  • Advanced English proficiency both written and oral
