Job Summary

Serving as the main point of contact for school districts, the part-time Account Specialist, Routing will manage transportation routes, process change requests, and perform administrative tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for school districts, primarily via email, handling routing, dispatch, and customer service inquiries
• Process change requests, including student additions and removals, in a timely manner
• Maintain and optimize transportation routes for efficiency and conduct route analysis

Required qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Experience with school transportation routing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
