Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Strategist responsible for expanding and renewing revenue through consultative selling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide weekly/monthly pipeline forecasts
  • Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and assist with customer onboarding
  • Prepare proposals and proactively prevent subscription cancellations


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software management
  • Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing practices and procedures
