Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support throughout the order and delivery process
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and customer onboarding
• Prepare proposals and presentations while maintaining CRM records of prospects and customer interactions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, with excellent MS Excel skills and CRM software management
• Ability to create and execute customer retention strategies
• Strong business/sales/marketing acumen
