Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide weekly/monthly pipeline and forecasts
Utilize consultative sales techniques to drive product adoption and assist with customer onboarding
Prepare proposals and presentations while maintaining CRM records and preventing subscription cancellations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred
1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Customer Experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software management
Strong business/sales/marketing acumen
Ability to work remotely and build rapport with clients
