To support a growing recruitment marketing practice, the full-time remote Account Strategist will build strategies aligned with client business goals, translate hiring challenges into actionable plans, and leverage AI tools to enhance candidate attraction and hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies tailored to client objectives
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
• Serve as a primary strategic advisor for clients, anticipating needs and identifying growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in account management, marketing, or recruitment marketing
• Strong strategic thinking and project management skills
