Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Account Strategist will act as a consultative partner, managing client relationships, driving continuous discovery, and establishing strategic OKRs while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Foster deep consultative partnerships by managing accounts with a relationship-first mindset and building trust with clients
- Drive continuous discovery by consistently asking business-oriented questions to align team efforts with client objectives
- Own the account growth strategy by synthesizing client data and market opportunities to create living Client Growth Reports
Required qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting
- Proactive consultative mindset with the ability to reframe challenges collaboratively
- Technical curiosity and eagerness to understand enterprise CMS architecture and monetization trends
- Exceptional communication skills and emotional intelligence to connect with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment
