Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ensure successful service delivery while balancing staff and client perspectives
• Lead and mentor the Client Partnerships team, guiding them in account strategy and operational workflows
• Develop and implement account strategies and influencer marketing services to meet client needs and drive growth

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a client-facing role at a social or influencer agency, with 4 years in a management position
• Proven ability to negotiate complex partnerships and manage challenging client situations
• Experience working with senior-level Fortune 500 marketers
• Demonstrated success in growing and retaining seven-figure client accounts
• Expertise in organic social media, paid social, and influencer marketing strategy
