Account Success Representative

Job Summary

To foster strong customer relationships and enhance retention, the full-time remote Account Success Representative will manage customer onboarding, verify service details, and conduct follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding meetings and verify customer setup information for a seamless transition
• Confirm delivery dates and service details with customers prior to and after service execution
• Review invoices with customers to ensure accuracy and address any concerns regarding service levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience
• 4 years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
