Account Success Representative
Job Summary
To foster strong customer relationships and ensure successful onboarding, the full-time remote Account Success Representative will manage customer transitions, verify setup information, and follow up on service satisfaction while living within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding meetings and verify customer setup information for successful transitions
- Confirm delivery dates and service details with customers prior to and after service
- Review invoices and service levels with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant work experience
- 2 years of customer service experience in addition to educational requirements
- Must reside within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit
