Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor to manage client communications and oversee creative project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact across assigned projects, building strong rapport with clients
• Lead client meetings and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand and strategic objectives
• Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading digital projects in a digital or advertising agency
• Self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and offer solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams
• Experience or familiarity with Media and Media accounts is a plus
