Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor (6 Month FTC).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage briefs from start-to-finish, ensuring successful delivery across multiple campaigns
• Liaise with clients, manage expectations, and report on account performance
• Lead and mentor a client services team while ensuring high standards and project success

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable agency experience in Client Services, preferably in a Senior Account Manager role
• Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications
• Extremely organized with knowledge of project management tools and processes
• Deep understanding of production and interactive processes with commercial acumen
• Proven experience in business development and resource management
