Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor to join its Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and execute R&D/pipeline and clinical trial communications plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience in R&D/pipeline communications and account management in a PR/Communications agency
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA
• Understanding of clinical trials and recruitment processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Experience working with advocacy teams is a plus
