Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage briefs from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery across multiple campaigns
• Liaise with clients, manage expectations, and communicate feedback while overseeing team workloads
• Mentor and manage junior account managers, conducting performance reviews and identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrable agency experience in Client Services, preferably in a Senior Account Manager role
• Experience delivering a broad range of multi-channel marketing communications, including digital
• Deep understanding of production and interactive processes
• Commercially driven with experience handling budgets and timelines
• Proven business development experience and success
