Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor, Client Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships for a portfolio of accounts generating $1-$2M in annual revenue
  • Identify and support organic growth opportunities while monitoring contract-level adoption and business outcomes
  • Compile client-level reporting and prepare monthly billing summaries, tracking budget variances and managing accounts receivable


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Experience in account management or client partnership roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Understanding of financial forecasting, billing, and revenue recognition processes
  • Ability to analyze client data and report on account health
  • Familiarity with digital transformation strategies and agency competencies
