Account Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Supervisor to join their Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and execute plans for R&D/pipeline and clinical trial communications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and mentor junior team members

Required Qualifications

• Experience in R&D/pipeline and clinical trial communications in a PR/Communications agency
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and VEEVA
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Understanding of advocacy teams and clinical trial recruitment
• Knowledge of communications strategies above brand level
