Account Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a pharmaceutical advertising agency, the freelance Account Supervisor will manage integrated marketing projects, serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, and ensure high-quality client service while working remotely during Eastern Time hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day management of integrated marketing projects from kickoff through delivery
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets to maintain project schedules

Required qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills, comfortable leading meetings and presentations
• Experience working on integrated campaigns (HCP, DTC, or similar exposure)
