Job Summary
Supervising and developing drivers for assigned accounts, the full-time Account Supervisor will address customer service issues, manage driver performance, and ensure shipment needs are met while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively promote safety metrics and key performance indicators to enhance service quality
- Utilize High Performance Coaching to guide drivers on performance and behavior expectations
- Manage customer expectations and commitments through effective communication and relationship-building
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of operations experience, including customer service, fleet management, or load planning preferred
- Experience in transportation, logistics, and/or supervisory roles is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of DOT regulations impacting daily operations preferred
- Adept at assessing organizational dynamics and managing change
