Job Summary

To drive strategic client partnerships, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will oversee key accounts, shape integrated influencer marketing strategies, and lead cross-functional execution to ensure measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI
• Manage and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators, fostering a high-performing, client-focused team
• Build and nurture senior client relationships, positioning the company as a trusted strategic advisor

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management with direct client-facing experience
• Proven ability to lead client strategy and deliver results against brand objectives
• Strong management experience, including coaching and performance reviews
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, influencer best practices, and compliance requirements
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights
