Job Summary

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable ROI
  • Oversee execution of multiple influencer campaigns, ensuring quality, compliance, and measurable impact
  • Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performing, client-focused team
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management with direct client-facing experience
  • Proven ability to lead client strategy and deliver results against brand objectives
  • Strong management experience, including coaching and performance reviews
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms, influencer best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance into actionable insights
