Account Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting senior leads in the development and execution of communication strategies, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will manage multiple high-level projects for biotech clients, focusing on corporate messaging, scientific narratives, and cross-functional project management.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communications strategies for mid-level and large biotech customers
• Create internal and external communication materials, including disease factsheets and executive presentations
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and flawless execution of materials

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a medical communications agency
• Experience with publications management systems like iEnvision/Datavision
• Strong client management skills
• Solution-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments
