Account Supervisor

Job Summary

Driving day-to-day client brand activities, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will lead project development, mentor team members, and identify new business opportunities while ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary voice of the agency team, demonstrating project leadership and confidence
• Provide mentorship to Account Managers and Project Coordinators, facilitating their professional growth
• Monitor project estimates, billing accuracy, and assist in tactical planning and brand strategy development

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency
• Proven supervisory experience and mentoring skills
• Experience managing client relationships and product launches
• Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or similar digital routing platforms
• Exceptional financial management capabilities within budget constraints
