Account Supervisor

Job Summary

Driving day-to-day client brand activities, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will lead project development, mentor team members, and identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary voice of the agency team, demonstrating project leadership and confidence
• Establish rapport with team members and facilitate their growth through mentorship and guidance
• Translate client needs into actionable project briefs and monitor project estimates against actual costs

Required qualifications

• 3-4 years of pharmaceutical agency experience
• Proven supervisory experience and mentoring skills
• Experience managing and nurturing client relationships
• Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or similar digital routing and MLR platforms
• Exceptional financial management capabilities within budget constraints
