Account Supervisor

Job Summary

To support a dynamic agency, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will lead project management for assigned accounts, build client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the daily management of projects on assigned accounts and coordinate agency efforts
• Build successful relationships with clients and identify new revenue opportunities
• Review creative materials and oversee project timing and budget in partnership with project management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a pharmaceutical-related field
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including agency, digital marketing, or pharma
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications and emerging media
• Experience in relationship marketing and social media
• Strong understanding of the pharma/healthcare marketplace
