Job Summary
Leading the daily management of projects for assigned accounts, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will build client relationships, collaborate with internal teams, and identify new revenue opportunities while ensuring brand objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of projects on assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with Creative and Strategic Services
- Build and maintain successful relationships with clients and external agency partners
- Review and approve creative materials and oversee project timelines and budgets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a pharmaceutical-related field
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in agency, digital marketing, or pharma
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications and interactive strategy
- Experience in relationship marketing and social media
- Strong understanding of the pharma/healthcare marketplace
