Account Supervisor
Job Summary
Leading the daily management of projects for assigned accounts, the full-time remote Account Supervisor will build client relationships, coordinate agency efforts, and identify new revenue opportunities while ensuring brand objectives are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily project operations for assigned accounts and ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate efforts and review creative materials for client approval
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a pharmaceutical-related field
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience, including agency, digital marketing, and/or pharma experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital communications and relationship marketing
- Passion for technology and emerging media, with specific experience in social media
- Understanding of the pharma/healthcare marketplace and agency operations
