Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Junior Account Coordinators and Account Managers to support client campaigns
• Design strategic influencer campaigns and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Oversee quality control of campaign deliverables and ensure KPIs are met on time and budget

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or political campaigns
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree or certification in a related field
• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Understanding of social media platforms and their creator ecosystems
