Job Summary
Supporting the account management team in a remote capacity, the full-time Account Support Coordinator will manage project tracking, prepare client presentations, and coordinate meetings while ensuring deliverables are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project management and reporting for client activities, ensuring due dates and deliverables are tracked
- Prepare and develop client presentations, and assist with materials for site visits and meetings
- Independently handle client project tracking reports and coordinate special projects as directed by management
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of related experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in customer service or account management
- Knowledge of healthcare/medical claims
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe software
- Associate degree or a combination of education and work experience may be considered
