Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Support Manager to join their team in Mumbai or Delhi, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic airline accounts and participate in client calls and performance reviews
- Manage urgent commercial requests and liaise between Operations and Account Management
- Maintain accuracy in internal systems and support reporting and contract documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in airline, hospitality, travel BPO, procurement, or operations
- Commercial mindset with operational understanding
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
- Ambitious and interested in progressing into Account Management and Sourcing
- Strong communication skills with confidence working with international stakeholders
