Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Support Manager to join their team in Mumbai or Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic airline accounts and participate in client calls and performance reviews
  • Manage urgent commercial requests and liaise between Operations and Account Management
  • Maintain accuracy in internal systems and support reporting and contract documentation
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in airline, hospitality, travel BPO, procurement, or operations
  • Commercial mindset with operational understanding
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data
  • Ambitious and interested in progressing into Account Management and Sourcing
  • Strong communication skills with confidence working with international stakeholders
