Account Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Support Representative to assist with sales and customer support in open territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales activities including setting appointments and qualifying leads
• Manage and respond to inbound leads and support renewal business for existing customers
• Negotiate product quotes and execute add-on sales campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in the education field with the ability to influence decision making
• No direct sales experience required, but willingness to make outbound calls to schools
• Ability to present materials to audiences via Zoom
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing, or liberal arts preferred
• Highly organized self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
