Job Summary
To support healthcare providers and internal partners, the full-time remote Account Support Representative will manage inquiries related to billing, payments, pricing, and contract validations, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while being located in Tampa, FL for occasional onsite meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with providers via email and Salesforce cases, managing requests related to payment status and contract validations
- Independently resolve routine issues or collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex cases while following up on outstanding inquiries
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce, investigating billing discrepancies and interpreting insurance remittance advice
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Working knowledge of standard medical Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) practices
- Experience with Worker Comp is preferred
- Ability to interpret insurance remittance advice (EORs) and payment postings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
