Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provision and configure new advisor accounts and teams in internal systems
- Manage advisor transitions and execute user migrations to maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with Account Management to track requests and identify process issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in client services, administrative operations, or similar roles
- Comfortable using internal systems and learning new technology quickly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in maintaining documentation of workflows and processes
- Familiarity with data updates and account reconciliations
