Account Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Support Specialist to join their team in Mumbai or Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strategic airline accounts and participate in client calls and performance reviews
• Manage urgent commercial requests and ensure structured resolution between Operations and Account Management
• Maintain accuracy in internal systems and support reporting and contract documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3-6 years of experience in airline, hospitality, travel BPO, procurement, or operations
• Commercial mindset with operational understanding
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
• Ambitious and interested in progressing into Account Management and Sourcing
• Confidence working with international stakeholders
