Account Support Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely or from Peachtree City, GA, the full-time Account Support Specialist will manage customer issues, ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Architects on proposals and project take-offs.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues with considerable autonomy and ensure SLAs are met
• Coordinate and prioritize requests according to contract requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on proposal and bid responses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, service, applications, or estimation
• Experience with lighting controls, Lumineers, and/or electrical products preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to influence customers and stakeholders effectively
