Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Technology Specialist responsible for driving adoption and technical success for solutions sold through partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical success point of contact for partners and selected end customers
- Build trusted relationships with partner technical leaders and delivery teams
- Develop and execute technical adoption plans to accelerate customer time-to-value
Qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies or adjacent platforms
- Experience working with channel partners or distributors
- Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed environments
