Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Technology Specialist responsible for driving adoption and technical success for solutions sold through partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical success point of contact for partners and selected end customers
  • Build trusted relationships with partner technical leaders and delivery teams
  • Develop and execute technical adoption plans to accelerate customer time-to-value
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in technical roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies or adjacent platforms
  • Experience working with channel partners or distributors
  • Ability to operate effectively in global, matrixed environments
