Account Verification Specialist

Job Summary

Welcoming new clients, the full-time Account Verification Specialist will manage client enrollment, ensure accuracy of information, and provide administrative support throughout the onboarding cycle in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete new client enrollment, review, and verification
• Guide new clients through the enrollment process and address inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve enrollment issues and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher is preferred
• Previous software support and/or training experience is a plus
• Experience with various medical software platforms is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
• Highly organized with effective project communication skills
