Job Summary
To support the implementation and improvement of accountability and safeguarding systems, the full-time remote Accountability and Safeguarding Coordinator will manage project coordination, case management, and administrative support while collaborating with country offices and regional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Support country offices in implementing and monitoring Complaint and Feedback Mechanisms (CFMs) and safeguarding policies
- Coordinate project timelines, track deliverables, and assist in the administration of accountability systems
- Develop and maintain training materials, reports, and communication products to enhance understanding of accountability and safeguarding concepts
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, public administration, social sciences)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, safeguarding, or compliance roles
- Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management and collaboration systems
- Commitment to the mission and values of the organization, including a mature Christian faith
