Accountability Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Accountability Coach to provide support and guidance in improving members' relationships with food, sleep, exercise, and emotional health.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement coaching competencies to support members in their lifestyle journey
• Engage and retain members by establishing rapport and delivering compassionate service
• Handle member inquiries and administrative tasks while ensuring a quality experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience required
• A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1 year plus a coaching certification (NBHWC preferred)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Internet speed of 50 mbps for upload and download required
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
