Job Summary

A company is looking for a PTF Accountant 1 to support financial management services for individuals with disabilities and chronic illnesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor bank transactions and act as a point of contact for bank inquiries
• Reconcile bank accounts, process credit card payments, and assist with general ledger reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance preferred, or substantial professional experience in lieu of a degree
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under frequent interruptions
• Discretion in handling confidential information
