Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and self-review financial statements, manage month-end close and reporting processes
• Conduct accounting research and analysis to address financial challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders to enhance accounting functions and maintain internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field
