Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant responsible for cash management, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting, including cash management, accounts payable and receivable, accruals, and reconciliations
• Prepare comprehensive financial reporting packages in accordance with internal controls and client requirements
• Research and analyze accounting issues while collaborating with clients and property management

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• Some experience in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience with accounting or database software packages preferred
• Basic knowledge of commercial real estate preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, with strong keyboarding and 10 Key skills
