Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant responsible for preparing and recording journal entries and supporting month-end close procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Complete balance sheet account reconciliations and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required
• 2+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience using Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to learn necessary computer programs quickly and efficiently
• Ability to follow established policies and procedures with high accuracy
