Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial transactions and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, transaction processing, and account reconciliation
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and lead outstanding receivable collection efforts
• Act as a primary contact for tax and audit teams, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an accounting role
• Advanced expertise in US GAAP and familiarity with international accounting frameworks
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
• Experience with accounting consolidation and reporting across multiple entities
• Experience with US payroll, including federal, state, and local filings
