Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to manage financial transactions and records in compliance with accounting policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound commissions, payroll, invoices, and payables accurately and timely
• Review and reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
• Support month-end closing processes and assist in financial reporting and budgeting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA certification or progress toward certification preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online, online payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in accounting within an insurance agency is a plus
