Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations, focusing on accounts payable and customer billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and manage vendor payments
• Prepare and issue customer billings, track receivables, and ensure timely collections
• Support month-end close processes and maintain organized financial records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4-6 years of relevant accounting experience with hands-on responsibility for accounts payable and general ledger activities
• Experience supporting month-end close processes and preparing reconciliations and journal entries
• Experience supporting audits and/or tax filings through the preparation of schedules and supporting documentation
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel or Google Sheets
