Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to enhance their accounting knowledge and gain hands-on experience with various businesses' financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as internal accountant for multiple client businesses with revenues between $1-$30 million
• Perform accounting/bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Assist with cash flow projections, budgeting, onboarding new clients, and training new employees on the delivery process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant or full charge bookkeeper
• 2+ years of audit work for a CPA firm preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Passion for utilizing math skills in a financial setting
