Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to enhance their accounting knowledge and gain hands-on experience with various businesses' financials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal accountant for multiple client businesses, handling tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll journal entries, and reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow projections, budgeting, and onboarding new clients while standardizing accounting processes
• Support year-end closing and tax filing for clients, along with other office administrative duties

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as an accountant or full charge bookkeeper
• 2+ years of audit work for a CPA firm preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
