Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accountant to join their team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations for 20-30 accounts to ensure accuracy and alignment of financial records
• Manage bank reconciliations across three accounts and assist with accounts payable cleanup tasks
• Utilize accounting software to maintain accurate records and prepare journal entries for the general ledger

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Restaurant365
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
• Basic Excel skills for organizing and analyzing financial data
• Prior experience in financial cleanup projects is a plus
